As most of you know, I run w the NYC Bridge Runners... We are a nontraditional, rogue, running skwad supported by NIKE... They hold us down in many ways... from sending down a car to hold our bags, water and fruit for post run nutrients & hydration, making special tee for our commemorative runs and also a few trainers to push us, guide us in running techniques and help run the show...
I was chking out The Times the other day and saw my boy Worku (in the blue shirt) front and center at the head of a great story on NIKE marketing and advertising... anyway,
