M.I.A.'s Director...

The video for M.I.A.'s "Born Free", directed by Romain Gavras, hit the net this AM and quickly "got the internet goin' nuts" (Paul Wall). I didn't think I was familiar with the French director, so I did the knowledge and realized I'd seen his work a couple years back. Gavras founded KOURTRAJME with Kim Chapiron and they were the folks behind the monster of a video for Justice's "Stress". Additionally, they made the films "SHEITAN(SATAN)" & "La Barbichette". "Sheitan" is a cool, modern take on a horror flick and "La Barbicjette" is... unique. See below...
