GREAT SET UP; UN PROBLEMO.
Nice wheels... What's wrong with this picture?
That cable lock (around the seat post) is getting SNIPPED and that bike is a recent memory... Flashy wheels require flashier locks. Step your security up.

That cable is not to lock the bike. Its to be used with a U-lock so the the seat can be then locked to the bike and the the bike AND seat are then secured to a pole. Chances are teh owner carries the cable lock already in that position so that lock up can be done more more ease and speed. Trust me, with a bike like that, the owner knows what they're doing
