Anyway, as active as I am, this can be a downer, but I've learned a way around my physical set-backs - the V word. I swim or lift weights when I can't run (feet, ankles), bike when I can't swim (rotator cuffs) and take a yoga class when I can't bike (knees)...
*I'm gonna be in the pool/ weight room for the next wk or so... damned LATERAL PLANTAR FASCiA!
Variety is the key to my happiness.
