Faulty Feet
No, "Faulty Feet" are not this week's indie band sensation... I actually have faulty feet, ankles, knees and hips - guess it stems from being kinda slim...
Anyway, as active as I am, this can be a downer, but I've learned a way around my physical set-backs - the V word. I swim or lift weights when I can't run (feet, ankles), bike when I can't swim (rotator cuffs) and take a yoga class when I can't bike (knees)...
*I'm gonna be in the pool/ weight room for the next wk or so... damned LATERAL PLANTAR FASCiA!
Variety is the key to my happiness.

ROCKAWAY BEACH
The homie BMI and I took our relative spokes out for a walk on Saturday to Rockaway Beach. Beach 92nd St was POPPiN'! The water was perfect temp, the sun was out and we even ran into my old pal Kenny Hughes...

I met my niece on Tues night and she is an instant classic... She has perfect fingernails and the cutest tummy ever.
SO... I tend to gauge the beginning of summer, not by summer solstice, but by the opening of the kiddie pool on Thompson... And thinking of Ad Rock, I can't wait to take her for a splash!
