As most of you know, I run w the NYC Bridge Runners... We are a nontraditional, rogue, running skwad supported by NIKE... They hold us down in many ways... from sending down a car to hold our bags, water and fruit for post run nutrients & hydration, making special tee for our commemorative runs and also a few trainers to push us, guide us in running techniques and help run the show...
I was chking out The Times the other day and saw my boy Worku (in the blue shirt) front and center at the head of a great story on NIKE marketing and advertising... anyway, PEEP for yourself, it's a good read... HELL YUP WORKU!!!

US vs THEM

Since I started running and rolling the NYCITY streets a cpl October's ago, I have MOS DEF developed a US vs THEM attitude towards cars... I've noticed a bunch of my peers feel the same...
2ndly, the fixed bike thing is out of control and now I guess Paragon Sports, on Broadway, is going to capitalize on this - I guess it's just the way we do things...

Splash Waterfalls

120 ft. waterfalls will be installed under the BKLYN Bridge this summer as part of a new public art installation by Danish artist Olafur Eliasson ... Personally, as a nYc Bridge Runner , I'm amped and I think waterfalls in the middle of the East River will be pretty powerful... HELL YUP!
